BY Shishir Sharma/Nepal Let’s start with a fact, Although Nepal is responsible for only about 0.025% of the total greenhouse gas emission of the world but it is one of the most vulnerable countries in term of climate change. Oh no!! Is it fair??? I don’t think so. Ok, let’s talk about what really a climate change is. Any changes in climate overtime whether due to natural variability or as result of human activities is the climate change. But the main reason for climate change is greed, greed of the people.
